Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for an incorrect size purchased, incorrect item purchased or for any other reason.
In the unlikely event the wrong size or product has been sent by Crep LDN the customer must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 14 working days in its original box, unused condition and in resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Once the customer has received their order, we are not responsible for any problems occurring with the item. We are not responsible for the rear strap on the Nike Air Huarache. Rear strap problems such as snapping, cracking, breaking, ripping or tearing are not our responsibility. By completing a purchase with Crep LDN you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
We pride ourselves on providing exclusive authentic products for our customers. All of the products presented and sold by Crep LDN are 100% authentic, original and real guaranteed. We do not sell nor condone replicas, copies, counterfeits, fakes, A grades, B grades or factory variants.
For the majority of our stock we do hold the original purchase receipt. A copy of the original receipt can be sent to the customer with the product upon request.
We are able to offer shipping worldwide to all countries. United Kingdom orders will be dispatched using a next day delivery service. Shipping times will vary with orders made from outside the United Kingdom.
Our Pre-Order Service allows customers to secure their size by placing a deposit. Estimated despatch date will be stipulated in the product description. Once the pre ordered size is ready to be despatched, the customer will be contacted via email or telephone to complete full payment.
Deposits are non refundable. In the event we are not able to acquire your size a full refund we will be issued.
Sizes listed at full price are in stock and ready to be despatched.
As a payment option we accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments through our website.
We can accept payments by bank transfer or BACS. Cash can be accepted for collections.

We cannot be held responsible for customs charges that you may receive when receiving goods into your country. Please check with your country customs office whether there will be charges incurred when receiving goods.
